If you’re looking for a special family to help during the holiday season, we will be putting out our COTS Giving Tree at Mr. Pickles. Please stop in and take a “Pickle Angel” off the tree.
We will also be supporting the family of Ella Stewart. She is an adorable 7 year old girl who went to Live Oak School who is recovering from surgery for a brain tumor, and an unexpected coma that she appears to be emerging from. FYI Fabulous Women….Petaluma Valley Athletic Club is willing to donate $100 to the next Fabulous Women’s Event for any Fabulous Woman who joins. Just ask for Robin Freitas for details (707 789-9898). Their current special is $100 enrollment and no dues until January 1, 2011. PVAC also has another special offer: The club will not charge any dues or fees for anyone while they are undergoing cancer treatment. Martha, the owner, tried to exercise as much as she was able while undergoing her chemo(walking, swimming etc). She found that it helped her both physically as well as mentally. This service is meant to support friends going through a tough time.That is Fabulous! Thanks Martha, Robin and PVAC Staff!
